Return policy

If you would like to return products please note that there some conditions. These are laid out in our General Terms & Conditions, Below you will find a brief summary of what the General Terms & conditions say.

Reflection period

Up to 14 days after delivery of the order it is possible to return the order or a part of the order. Please not that any returns should be submitted using the instructions on the returns page. After submission of the return you will receive a confirmation message with all the information needed to send the return shipment.

Exclusions of right of cancellation

Products that have been made to your specification such as tubes that are cut to size can not be returned. 

In addition products can only be returned if they are as new, unused and in their original packaging.

Business orders are excluded from the consumer's right of cancelation.

Refunds

As soon as we received the products that were send back we will send a confirmation of receipt. The refund amount will we transferred within a couple of working days using the method of payment used to pay for the original order.

Costs

The costs for return shipments are always for your own account.
