Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping Rates are transparent and divided into three categories based on length and weight:
 1) Under 300 cm and under 150 KG
 2) Under 320 cm and under 150 KG
 3) Above 320 cm or above 150 KG
The shopping cart always displays the correct rate based on your items.

1) Shipments below 150 kg and shorter than 300 cm.

Orders placed before 12PM on working days are expected for delivery the next working day (by DX).

2) Shipments below 150 kg and shorter than 320 cm.

If the longest length in the order is between 300 and 320 cm, a variable rate applies based on total weight.
Orders placed before 12PM on working days are expected for delivery the next working day (by DX).

3) Shipments above 150 kg or longer than 320 cm.

The materials are shipped on a pallet (with key clamps in bags). As the recipient, you are responsible for unloading, either with a forklift or by hand. Delivery is expected within 3 to 6 working days.
